Roles and Responsibilities:
· Process customer instructions by handling Outbound & Inbound calls defined by clients.
· Provide outstanding customer service as per the client expectation on the given KPI’s.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
· Understand the company’s processes thoroughly & effectively qualify related tests and assessments.
· Document all customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiries accurately.
· Ensure Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the business requirement.
Job Requirements:
· Good in handling Computers,
· Ability to read and understand the content and talk to customer fluently,
· Good Objection handling,
· Basic Excel Knowledge
· 12th Standard passed; Graduation preferred
