Job Description
1. Process customer instructions by handling Outbound & Inbound calls defined by clients.
2. Provide outstanding customer service.
3. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
4. Handle L2 escalation calls
5. Document all customer data / calls in relevant database or CRM with regards to customer inquiries accurately.
6. Ensure Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for the process are met as per the business requirement.
7. Handle more complex transactions or calls;
8. Train new joined Executives in team & ensure knowledge transfer;
